GREENEVILLE MAN ORDERED TO PRISON AFTER DRUG CONVICTION

A Greeneville Resident Has Been Ordered To Spend Time Behind Bars For Methamphetamine Conspiracy. 27 Year Old Jeffrey Brian Wills, Also Known As Fro, Was Convicted For His Part In A Conspiracy To Distribute Methamphetamine In East Tennessee. According To His Plea Agreement, Wills Admitted That He Was Responsible For At Least 1.5 Kilograms Of Actual Methamphetamine, And That He Sold Varying Amounts Of The Drug To An Individual Cooperating With Law Enforcement. Wills Was Sentenced To 20 Years In Prison.

WISE COUNTY VIRGINIA MAN SENTENCED FOR CHILD ABUSE

A Wise County, Virginia Man Has Been Ordered To Spend Time Behind Bars After Having A 12 Year Old Girl Serve As His Designated Driver. 50 Year Old Christopher Clark Was Sentenced To Two And A Half Years In Prison For Felony Child Abuse, Possession Of A Schedule Two And Four Drug, Inhaling A Noxious Substance, Public Intoxication, And Violating His Probation. Clark Admitted To Officers That He Had Inhaled Drugs And That Allowed The Child To Drive The Vehicle.

March Home Sales Pointed To Another Great Month. According To The Northeast Tennessee Association Of Realtors, There Were 764 New Pending Sales In The 11-County Region. This Reflects A 77 Home Increase Over March Of Last Year And Boosted Active Pending Sales To 190 More Over Last Year. Last Year’s Sales Volume For Local Single-Family And Condominium Sales Moved Past The One Billion Dollar March For The First Time.

The Tennessee Legislature Has Passed A Bill That Will Make It Easier For People Convicted Of Lower-Level Offenses To Get Their Criminal Records Wiped Clean. The Measure Allows A Person Who Has No More Than Two Convictions To Be Able To Request That The Crimes Get Expunged From Their Record. The Measure Only Applies To People Convicted Of Crimes That Could Already Be Legally Wiped From A Record.

Authorities Don’t Believe The Boy Is Danger At This Time. Domingo Juarez Is Facing Charges For Taking Daniel Juarez On Vacation April 9th But Failing To Return Him. Domingo Is Described As A Hispanic Man, 32 Years Of Age, 5-Feet Tall With Black Hair Brown Eyes. He’s Believed To Be Driving A Maroon 4-Door Mazda Vehicle With Tennessee Tag Number A5002b. An Abingdon Woman Has Been Ordered To Spend Time Behind Bars Following The Abduction Of Her Children Last Summer. 39 Year Old Julie Busacco Pleaded Guilty To Felony Abduction In Washington County Virginia Circuit Court. Last July, An Amber Alert Was Issued In Regards To A 12 Year Old Boy And 10 Month Old Girl Who Were Taken From A Residence On Stone Mill Road In Abingdon. The Children Were Found Safe. Busacco Was Sentenced To Four Years In Jail And Then Have Probation.

15 YEAR OLD TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AFTER ALLEGED SCHOOL INCIDENT

Greeneville Police Have Taken A 15 Year Old Greene High School Student Into Custody For Threatening To Bring A Gun To School And Shoot People. The Male Is Charged With Terroristic Threats, Which Is A Class A Felony. The Juvenile Is Accused Of Writing A Message On A Bathroom Wall At The School Saying He Would Bring A Gun To School And Shoot People. Police Found No Firearms Or Other Contraband On Any Student Including The Juvenile Who Was Charged.
