A JOHNSON CITY MAN IS FACING NUMEROUS DRUG-RELATED CHARGES AFTER AGENTS OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL DRUG TASK FORCE DISCOVERED OVER 300 PILLS AT HIS RESIDENCE. OVER A THREE MONTH PERIOD, AUTHORITIES HAD BEEN CONDUCTING AN INVESTIGATION INTO ALLEGATIONS THAT 66 YEAR OLD JERRY FAIR HAD SOLD PILLS FROM HIS HOME ON SIDNEY STREET. HE WAS CHARGED WITH MAINTAINING A DWELLING WHERE A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IS USED AND SOLD, POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE TWO DRUGS FOR RESALE, POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE THREE DRUGS FOR RESALE, AND POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE FOUR DRUGS FOR RESALE. THE PILLS INCLUDED OXYCOTIN AND HYDROCODONE. FAIR WILL APPEAR IN WASHINGTON COUNTY GENERAL SESSIONS COURT.
