A Johnson City Man Accused Of Shooting A Woman On Valentines Day Two Years Ago Will Go To Trial Despite Not Having An Attorney. 49 Year Old Eric Parker Is Charged With Attempted First-Degree Murder In The 2012 Shooting Of A Woman In The Parking Lot Of The Lions Club On Country Club Court In Johnson City. Parker Recently Requested His Defense Attorney File A Motion To Be Relieved From The Case. Criminal Court Judge Robert Cupp Agreed To The Motion, But Declined To Reset The Trial Saying He Felt It Was Just A Ploy To Delay It. Parker Told The Judge He’d Just Represent Himself. The Trial Is Set To Start On April 29th.
