A Second Degree Murder Charge Against A Gray Man For A Shooting Death In A Johnson City Is Unresolved. Last Month, A Grand Jury Returned A No True Bill Against 19 Year Old Coty Bishop. Now Assistant District Attorney Ken Baldwin Said His Office Is Going To Meet With Johnson City Police Investigators To Determine If The Case Will Be Presented To The Grand Jury Again. Bishop Was Arrested On May 15th. Police Said He Shot And Killed A Man, 22 Year Old Casey Jones, During An Alleged Drug Deal In The Parking Lot Of The Johnson Inn On West Market Street. Bishop Is Scheduled To Be Back In Court On December 5th.
