Building Codes Are Now In Place In Unicoi. Town Leaders Approved Adopting The State’s 2009 Energy Codes To Go Along With The 2012 State Building Codes That Had Been Previously Adopted. Town Leaders Will Now Work To Draft An Ordinance To Effect The New Codes. The First And Second Readings Of This Ordinance Will Be Considered By The Board In The Coming Months.
