A Hawkins County Man Affiliated With The Ku Klux Klan Who Was Accused Of Making And Possessing Pipe Bombs Has Plead Guilty To The Crime In U.S. District Court In Greeneville. 24 Year Old Joshua Looney Plead Guilty To One Count Of Knowingly Making Destructive Devices In Exchange For A 46-Month Sentence To Be Followed By Three Years Of Supervised Probation And A Fine Of Up To 10-Thousand Dollars. His Father, Brian Looney Is Also Facing Charges And Is Scheduled To Stand Trial February 12th.
