In A Separate Incident, A Substitute Driver Was On The Same Route January 14th When The School Bus Broke Down. 19 Students Walked Home. One Five Year Old Student Was Nearly Two Miles From Her House, Which Sparked Concern By Her Parents. Director Of Schools Steve Starnes Said The County Takes Its Obligation To Provide Safe And Reliable Transportation To Students.
