Although A Restraining Order Was Issued Against Palmer, He Was Still Allowed To Own Guns. Virginia Lawmakers Are Proposing A Bill That Would Revoke The Gun Rights Of People Convicted Of Violent Misdemeanors. Currently, Gun Rights Are Only Revoked If Someone Is Convicted Of A Felony.
