Zachary And Brittany Morgan Are Planning On Transforming The Old Valley Pike Elementary School Building Into A 12-Room Bed And Breakfast. Each Classroom Would Be Converted Into Subject Themed Bedrooms. The School On Carolina Avenue In Bristol, Tennessee Has Been Closed For Four Years. There Are Still Several Hurdles To Cross Before The Project Can Get Underway. The Sullivan County Commission Is Expected To Take Up The Issue May 18th.
