A John Sevier Center Resident Who Sued The Low-Income Apartment Building’s Management And Lost The Case After Claiming His Residence Is Overrun With Bedbugs, Has Appealed The Case. Roy Smith Filed The Appeal Against The Center And Property Manager Seeking 5-Thousand Dollars In Compensation To Replace His Belongings. On August 12th A Sessions Court Judge Dismissed The Case With Prejudice. John Sevier Center David Houser Said The City Tried To Inspect Smith’s Apartment For Bedbugs, But He Refused. A Hearing Date Is Expected To Be Set Soon.
