A Washington County, Tennessee Man Who Pleaded Guilty To Animal Cruelty Is Back In Jail For Violating His Probation A Second Time. Dustin Harrell Failed To Report To His Probation Officer Six Times. He Will Now Have To Serve At Least Two Months In Jail To Complete His Original Sentence. In November 2011, Offices Said He Admitted To Torturing And Then Killing His Family’s Yorkshire Terrier. At The Time, A Judge Said Harrell Would Have To Comply With Probation For 18 Months. If He Did, The Charged Would Be Erased From His Record. Harrell Was Sentenced To Probation In 2012. However, In May Of Last Year Harrell Had Not Reported To His Probation Officer, Left The State Without Permission, And Tested Positive For Drugs.
