The Kingsport Greenbelt Is A Nearly Nine-Mile Park That Connects Residential Neighborhoods, Traditional Parks, Downtown, Commercial Districts, Schools, And Activity Centers From The Exchange Place To The Holston River. Those Attending The Dedication Ceremony at 1 P.M. On Monday Should Plan On Parking In The Roller Street Parking Lot Just Off Center Street.
