The King County Sheriff’s Office In Seattle Washington Said Officers Arrested Edward Porta At A Motel Near The Airport Following Tips That Came In. Porta Pleaded Guilty In 2005 In Federal Court In North Carolina To A Charge Of Conspiracy To Defraud The U.S. Department Of Agriculture. Porta Was A Cotton Exporter Who Made His Getaway From A Satellite Camp In Lee County In 2008. Authorities Are Unsure Why He Was In The Seattle Area.
