Kingsport Police Are Looking For A Missing 22 Year Old Woman. Taylor Dawn Powell Was Reported Missing By Her Mother. She Was Reportedly Last Seen Five Days Ago At Her Mother’s Home In Kingsport. Authorities Said The Woman Left With An Unknown Acquaintance Traveling In A Red Jeep. Police Believe There Is Reason To Be Concerned About Powell’s Welfare And Overall Safety. She Is A White Female With Blonde Hair And Blue Eyes. She Is Around 5-4, 120 Pounds. Anyone With Any Information About Her Whereabouts Is Asked To Contact Kingsport Police.
