A Bluff City Man Has Been Arrested After Allegedly Pointing A Gun At People Outside A Johnson City Nightclub. 21 Year Old Seth Buckmaster Is Charged With Aggravated Assault, Possession Of A Handgun While Under The Influence, And Public Intoxication. The Charges Stem From A Reported Incident In The Parking Lot Of The Electric Cowboy. Police Found Buckmaster At The Nearby Doubletree Hotel With A Handgun. He Will Appear Soon In General Sessions Court.
