Two Johnson City Residents – Including A Man Who Pulled A Gun And Was Shot By Tennessee Highway Patrol Troopers Back In January- Have Been Arrested As Part Of A Multi-Agency Drug Investigation. Authorities Executed A Search Warrant At A Home On East Fairview Avenue In Johnson City. A Search Resulted In The Seizure Of Methamphetamine And Weapons. Richard Jenny And Melissa Ferguson Were Charged With Possession Of Schedule Two Drugs With Intent To Distribute And Maintaining A Dwelling Where Drugs Are Sold. Both Were Booked Into The Washington County Jail. Bond For Jenny Is Set At 110-Thousand Dollars, While Bond For Ferguson Set At 60-Thousand Dollars.
