Tristan Rettke Was Indicted On Charges Of Civil Intimidation, Disorderly Conduct And Disrupting A Gathering After Showing Up At A Black Lives Matter Rally On Campus In A Gorilla Mask And Dangling A Banana With A Noose-Like Rope In Front Of Participants Last September. His Attorneys Are Questioning If The Charges Rettke Is Facing Are Constitutional. The Judge Will Rule On The Matter Next Month.
