A Blountville Man Was Hit By A Car While Running From A Traffic Cop. Johnson City Police Investigated A Possible Case Of DUI In The Area Of North Roan Street And Old Stage Road When The Back Seat Passenger, 42 Year Old Michael McCann, Ran From The Vehicle And Attempted To Evade The Officers When He Was Struck By A Vehicle. He Suffered Serious Injuries And Was Treated At Johnson City Medical Center. The Investigation Is Continuing.
