The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation Says Two Fugitives, Wanted In A Kingsport Shooting, Were Spotted In New York. Jarret Heitmann And Makayla Stilwell Are On The TBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted List. However, New York State Police Said The Two Were Last Spotted At A Wal-Mart In Pennsylvania. Officials Say Heitmann And Stilwell Kidnapped And Beat A Woman In Mount Carmel Last Week And Used Her To Lure The Shooting Victim From His Home In Bloomingdale. They Face Charges Of Attempted Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Kidnapping, Especially Aggravated Robbery And Reckless Endangerment.
