The Crimes Reportedly Occurred In The 1990’s And Involved Two Different Victims Who Were Minors At The Time. Cooke Is Set To Be Sentenced September 5th And A Judge Could Order Her To Serve Up To 20 Years In Prison. In Virginia, There Is No Statute Of Limitations For A Felony Offense.
