The University Of Virginia’s College At Wise Has Announced Plans To Offer In-State Tuition Rates To Tennessee And Kentucky Students Who Live In Within 50 Air Miles Of The UVA-Wise Campus. The Counties In Kingsport Include Claiborne, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan And Washington As Well As The Cities Of Kingsport, Johnson And Bristol. The New Tuition Rates Begin This Fall.
