According To An Official With Mountain States Health Alliance, The Methadone Clinic Will Open Sometime In August. The Facility Is A Joint Venture Between Mountain States And East Tennessee State University. Aside From Medication Treatment, Counseling Services And A Research Component Will Be Offered.
