Applications Are Now Being Accepted For Archery-Only White-Tailed Deer Hunts At Holston Army Ammunition Plant In Kingsport. The Earn-A-Buck Program Will Be Implemented Again This Year. Hunters Who Are Chosen Will Have To Harvest And Check In A Mature Doe Before Being Allowed To Harvest A Buck. Applications Must Be Received By July 28th To Be Considered For This Year’s Hunt.
