Kingsport Police Have Arrested A Man After Multiple Shots Were Reportedly Fired At A Teen In Borden Park. A 14 Year Old Boy Told Authorities He Was Walking Near The Park When He Heard Someone Call His Name. He Then Turned Around And Saw 30 Year Old Tyrone Taylor Coming Towards Him. The Victim Claimed Taylor Fired Several Shots At Him. Taylor’s Been Charged With Aggravated Assault And Felony Reckless Endangerment. He’s Being Held At The Kingsport City Jail On A 30-Thousand Dollar Bond.
