Donald Collins And Charles Turner Are Accused Of Creating A Fake Medical Supply Business And Then Embezzling The Funds From The Mountain Empire Surgery Center. A 16-Count Indictment Alleges Collins, Who Was The Material Manager At The Complex, Conspired With Turner Over A Six-Year Period, Creating Fraudulent Purchase Orders, Invoices, And Packing Slips From The Bogus Company And Then Depositing The Proceeds Into A Bank Account. Collins, Who Pleaded Not Guilty, Is Free After Posting Bond, While Turner Is Set To Be Arraigned ON Monday.
