Aubrey Calhoun Was Shot In November 2015 By Deputy Michael Garmer As The Officer Stopped To Check On Him Following A Domestic Dispute. Calhoun Filed A 12.5 Million Dollar Suit. The Defendants Named In The Suit Are The Sheriff’s Office, The County And Deputy Michael Garmer. Deputy Garmer Was Cleared Of Any Criminal Wrongdoing By A Grand Jury. It’s Unclear When The Suit Will Be Heard.
