The Owners Of A Ferris Wheel That Malfunctioned Last Year At The Greene County Fair, Injuring Three Children, Is Blaming One Of The Girls For The Accident. According To Court Papers Filed In U.S. District Court In Greeneville By Family Attractions, Negligence By A Minor, Caused The Children To Be Ejected From The Ride. Three Separate Lawsuits Have Been Filed Against The Company By The Parents Of The Girls. One Child Suffered Back Fractures, A Lacerated Liver And Shoulder Injury After Being Thrown 40 Feet When The Bucket Tipped. A Preliminary Report From The Federal Consumer Product Safety Commission Ruled Missing Or Damaged Parts Contributed To The Incident. A Final Report Has Not Been Released As Of Yet.
