A Unicoi County Man Accused In The Deaths Of Two Sisters In Rural Erwin Is Being Held In Jail Without Bond. 63 Year Old Clyde William Banner Is Charged With Two Counts Of First Degree Murder In The Deaths Of Donna Jones And Amy Jones At A Home Near Flag Pond. The Two Victims Were Found Inside Banner’s Residence Dead From Gunshot Wounds. After The Shootings, Banner Fled To Madison County North Carolina, Where He Was Taken Into Custody. He Is Set To Appear In Court For A Status Hearing On November 16th.
