The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office Is Looking For A Man Wanted For Rape Of A Child And Aggravated Sexual Battery. 33 Year Old Hugo Mayorga Was Last Seen In Kingsport And Is Wanted In Connection Of Raping An 11-Year Old Girl. He Is Believed To Be On The Run. Anyone With Any Informaton About Mayorga’s Whereabouts Is Asked To Contact The Sheriff’s Office.
