They Say The Course Has Fallen On Hard Times, With The City Having To Put Hundred’s Of Thousands Of Dollars To Keep It Up And Running. A 2016 Audit Showed The Golf Course Operating Revenue Was Just Over 636-Thousand Dollars. The City Recently Put Out A Request For A Proposal To Acquire New Management. The Search Has Been Narrowed Down To Three Or Four Possible Contenders For The Job. Its Unclear What Will Happen To The Current Staff At The Golf Course If A New Management Firms Takes Over. A New Firm Is Expected To Be Hired By The First Of Next Year.
