Even Though Cleanup Efforts Remain Underway At The Site Of A Train Derailment In Wise County, Norfolk Southern Officials Say They Have Removed 400 Tons Of Coal That Dumped Into Pigeon Creek. The Coal Has Been Cleaned Up From The Creek As Well As Around The Train Tracks Where The Derailment Occurred. The Remainder Coal, About 700 Tons, Is Expected To Be Cleaned Up Early Next Week. The Damaged Rail Cars And Scrap Rail Is Expected To Be Cleared Up By December 20th.
