The Report From The Tennessee Comptroller’s Office Reveals A List Of Weaknesses And Deficiencies In The Operations Of The Elizabethton-Carter County Facility. Investigators Said They Found A Cash Shortage Of Nearly 10-Thousand Dollars As Of June 2nd Due To Missing Adoption Fees That Were Collected And Sent To The Friends Of The Animal Shelter Group, Fees For Shots And Microchips, And Money That Was Donated To The Shelter.
