The Workers At Verizon Wireless On West Market Street Said Chiang Had Been In The Store Earlier In The Day And Shouted Profanities At Them After He Was Dissatisfied About An Insurance Claim On His Phone. He Then Allegedly Pointed A Gun At One Of The Workers. He’s Being Held On A 100-Thousand Dollars Bond.
