A Johnson City Man Has Been Arrested On Sexual Assault Charges. 36 Year Old Keith Oliver Feathers Was Involved In A Sexual Relationship With A Female Juvenile. He Reportedly Admitted To Having Relations With The Girl And Said He Knew She Was Under 18. Feathers Is Charged With Two Counts Of Aggravated Statutory Rape. He Will Appear In General Sessions Court Soon.
