He’s Being Held Without Bond Accused Of Committing New Burglaries On August 29th And September 2nd. Eads’ Latest Encounter With Law Comes A Litte More Than Ayear After He Was Shot During An Alleged Burlgary Attempt On Pratt Road On August 3ed, 2009. Eads Is Accused Of Kicking In The Back Door Of A Residence On North Holston River Drive On September 2nd, And Then Breaking Into Into A Second North Holston River Drive Home On September 9th. In The Prio Cases, Eads Is Set To Appear In Blountville Court On September 30th. Meanwhile, In The Two New Cases, He Has An October 9th Appearance Slated In Kingsport General Sessions Court.
