Sullivan County Authorities Have Released The Identity Of The Body Found In A Parked Vehicle On Interstate 81 Earlier This Week. The Tennessee Highway Patrol Located 45 Year Old James Leonard Of Bristol, Virginia On The Entrance Ramp Of Exit 69 Near Blountville On The Northbound Side Of The Interstate Around 6 Pm Monday.
