The Hawkins County Industrial Development Board Has Agreed To Seek 1.2 Million Dollars From County Leaders In Next Fiscal Year’s Budget To Pave Phipps Bend Road. The Work Would Cover All The Roadway Between Highway 11-W And Surgoinsville South To The End Of The Road In Front Of The New Forging Plant. The County Commission’s Budget Committee Will Begin Budget Deliberations In May.
