Domtar In Downtown Kingsport Is Undergoing A Conversion Process That Will Keep It In The Model City For Another 100 Years. The Plant Is Switching From Fine Paper To Container Board Production. Mill Manager Troy Wilson Said The Equipment Is On Order And Some Is Already Arriving. Work Is On Schedule And Is Expected To Be Wrapped Up By The First Quarter Of 2023.
