The Victim Of A Hawkins County Drowning Has Been Identified. 61 Year Old Donna Adams Of Surgoinsville Was Attempting To Drive Through A Flooded Area When Her Vehicle Was Swept Downstream Near Hickman Hollow Road Sunday Afternoon. According To The Tennessee Highway Patrol Adams Was Found Approximately 20 Feet From Her Vehicle. The Incident Does Remain Under Investigation.
