Early Voting Gets Underway Today For Kingsport’s Upcoming Municipal Election. Voters Will Choose A New Mayor, Three Aldermen And Two Members Of The Board Of Education. Early Voting Locations Include The Kingsport Civic Auditorium And The Sullivan County Election Office In Blountville. Hours At Both Locations Are Monday Thru Friday From 9-4 And Saturdays From 9 To Noon. Election Day Is May 18Th.
