Two Speakers Suggested At A Recent Board Of Supervisors Meeting The Civil War Monument Moved From The Courthouse Grounds To Veterans Park On Cummings Street. Supervisor Mike Rush Said The Board Has Never Looked Into Moving The Statue, But Is Willing To Consider All Locations. County Attorney Lucy Phillips Said The Board Already Plans To Maximize Space On The Courthouse Lawn. The Idea Is Expected To Be Discussed In Future Meetings.
