A Washington County Tennessee Couple Has Pleaded Not Guilty In A Child Abuse Case After They Were Allegedly Discovered Living With Their Five Children In Jonesboro In Deplorable Conditions Two Years Ago. Robert Simons And Mary Tittle Are Charged With Five Counts Of Child Abuse, Child Neglect, And Endangerment. Sheriff’s Deputies Took The Children, Who Ranged In Age From 7 To 13, From The Home After They Were Living In A Filthy Home With Some Of Them Staying In A Bus In The Front Yard Of Their Home. Jurors Will Begin Hearing Testimony In The Case On July 25th.
