An Appeal For A New Trial Filed By A Johnson City Man Sentenced To Life Behind Bars In The Murder Of His Wife Has Been Denied. Judge Robert Cupp Turned Down Dale Larkin’s Request. Larkin’s Attorney Had Argued That Evidence Only Showed The Manner In Which Larkin’s Wife, Teri, Died But Not The Cause. He Also Argued That Even That Was Circumstanial. Larkin Was Convicted Of Killing His Wife In 2003. In February, Larkin Was Sentenced To Life In Prison With The Possibility Of Parole.
