A Sullivan County Man Is Facing Charges After Authorities Allegedly Found Child Pornography At His Home. 23 Year Old Jacob Ernest Wayne Norton Of Bristol Tennessee Was Arrested August 25th After A Tip From The National Center For Missing And Exploited Children Regarding Child Porn Sent Through A Snapchat Account. After A Search Of Norton’s Home Three Child Pornography Images Were Found And Several Phones Were Seized For Further Investigation. Norton Is Charged With Three Counts Of Aggravated Sexual Exploitation Of A Minor And Was Released On A 3 Thousand Dollars Bond.
