A Johnson City Man Is Facing Multiple Charges. Tony Plater Is Charged With Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Domestic Assault, And Child Neglect. Officers Responded To The Call In The 900 Block Of Barton Street Monday Where The Victim Was Found Bruised And Bleeding. Plater Reportedly Broke A Window Kicked In The Door And Began Punching, Kicking And Choking The Victim. During The Altercation The Victims 10 Year Old Daughter Was Struck By Glass And Thrown Down. Plater Is Being Held On A 18 Thousand Dollars Bond. He Is Scheduled To Appear In Court This Afternoon.
