A Kingsport Roundabout Will Be Closed This Evening. The Netherland Inn Roundabout At The Intersection Of Center Street, Industrial Drive, And Netherland Inn Road Will Be Shut Down Beginning At 8 Pm Tonight And Continue To Be Closed Until 6 A.M. Thursday Morning. City Spokesman Tim Whaley Said The Closure Will Alow For A Small Amount Of Remaining Paving To Be Completed As Well As The Placement Of Final Pavement Markings. Motorists Should Obey All Detour Signs, Plan Ahead, And Use Extra Caution In The Work Zone.
