VIRGINIA HAS MORE THAN 5 AND A HALF BILLION DOLLARS IN WATER INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS ALONE. WEBB ALSO ADVOCATES THE EXTENSION AND EXPANSION OF UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE BENEFITS AND HEATING ASSISTANCE FOR LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLDS.
