A Hawkins County Grand Jury Has Indicted A Juvenile Court Judge On Forgery And Bribery Charges. 47 Year Old Daniel Boyd Faces Three Counts Of Forgery, One Count Of Criminal Simulation And One Count Of Bribery. During A TBI Investigation, Agents Learned That While Boyd Was Working As An Attorney, He Allegedly Provided A Client With A Default Judgment Declaring Her Divorce To Be Finalized. Further Investigation Found No Document Existed With The Clerk And Master’s Office And The Case Was Never Presented To The Chancellor. Boyd Turned Himself In And Has A Bond Set At $25,000.
