Virginia State Police And Norton Police Spent Several Hours On A Standoff After Bail Bondsmen Attempted To Arrest A Suspect. Tactical Teams Finally Made Entrance To A Home On Guest River Road And Arrested Rebecca Pogue And Freed Three Children Who Were Inside The Home. Pogue Was One Of Three People Being Sought By The Bail Company. The Bond Team Was Able To Arrest Samuel Smith Before Shots Were Fired By One Of The Other Two. The Bond Team Did Not Return Fire. Smith Remains In The Bond Team’s Custody.
