A Popular Restaurant In Bristol Tennessee Is Reopening Today. According To A Facebook Post, Blue Circle Drive-In On Bluff City Highway Is Set To Open This Morning At 11am. It Originally Opened In The Early 1930’s In Knoxville And Grew Into A Regional Chain. The Owners, Keith And Molly Yonker Said The Restaurant Now Has A Website And There Are Plans To Have Breakfast Hours And Other Options On The Menu.
